Poolterrace - Intimate Luxury

With the villa facing south-west you can rest in the sun from morning until sunset. Being located adjacent to a wide plot and nature reserve the pool area offers intimicy and cannot be overlooked by neighbouring villas, as it is surrounded by high walls and closed, white patio doors.

The upper terrace is widely covered and additionally has three fitted sun canopies. You can enjoy your leisure time whereever you want to, in the sun or in the shade. Through gates on either side of this wide terrace you can step down to the pool area.

Next to the 9x5m main pool is a circular children's pool, both of them are optionally heated.There you will find the BBQ and the well designed Pergola with tiled seating. Generously installed lightings with energy-saving lamps will hopefully guarantee your well-being.

Garden

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. On winding paths you will enjoy your way past various Mediterranean plants, blooming flowerbeds, shrubberies, trees and palm trees through all the seasons. If you manage to rent the villa at the right time, you might be seduced to pick either fresh lemons, apricots or delicious white or red grapes. Reaping fresh herbs like parsley, chive, balm, oregano, rosemary or thyme will enable you to provide the most delicious meals in the outstanding well equipped new kitchen.
