How about a non binding booking request?
- Prices listed are for the rental of the whole villa per week, respective of the amount of up to 4 guests. Accommodation for further guests, up to 2, will be charged with 105 € per week, 15 € per day each.
- High chair and baby cot, up to 2 years, are free of charge.
- Water, gas, maid-service 3x per week are included in the rental fee.
- Free WIFI Internet, local and national calls free of charge.
- Only the persons named in the rental contract are permitted to stay in the villa during the rental period.
- Electricity is metered and charged by consumption at 20ct/kwh.
- 35% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
- 300 € refundable deposit against accidental damage to the property is to be paid upon booking with the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Pre-heating of the pool 100 € on request.
- Arrival from 4 p.m., departure at 11 a.m. These times can be flexible due to actual bookings.
- The refundable deposit will be paid back deducted by the costs for electricity 2 weeks after departure.
- As all cashless payments are made via SEPA transfer, things are definitely going smoothly.
