Entering the Villa

The attractive circular entrance hall has a marble floor and four, lighted wall niches with marble shelves, as well as a stained glass panel. A glazed door opens to a very spacious, bright and tastefully furnished lounge with the dining room beyond. The wood burning stove fireplace, the air condition supported by the double glazing will help you forget even cooler temperatures during the winter time.

Lounge

Two sets of patio doors lead out to a wide, partly covered terrace with the pool below and views to the sea beyond. A further set of doors opens to a sunny, inner patio which has a store cupboard, built in barbecue, tiled seat and table and stairway up to a large roof terrace with a part balustrade surrounding wall affording excellent panoramic views. From the lounge, through a wide arch, is the dining room, also with patio doors to the terrace and a serving hatch to the kitchen as well as a door to the kitchen lobby.
